yes parts opened. mostly footpaths though
between charity lane and above leather smithy shut is still shut.
the fire road at end of middle resevoir is open and you can get up to standing stone,, but other side is still closed

you can loop if you return down the road , not within the forest

loop down toot hill road, or reverse loop... come up charity lane,,,,, then at end turn left down steep tarmac road at end turn right and path takes you to the bottom of teggs nose then left again takes you to bottom resevoir
