I just picked up a carbon KS Lev, reduced to £200 from the absurd rrp of £550

There are a few other models going cheap too

Any idea on the weight of this dropper?

Depends on the drop, 425-500g:

Would I be alone in preferring externally routed droppers? Internal is tidy, sure, but adjustment or seatpost swapping is just a huge faff. Right?

Because I'm eyeing them up for that purpose.

I'm kinda with you @jimmy, particular with the Vitus I just bought my daughter. All the cables are external and under the toptube so using the internal routing for a dropper makes the more hassle and less stealthy! 🤣
