The co-operative stores have got 'AA' branded hi-vis vests for kids for £2 down from a fiver. There's some other bits in the pack, like a keyring and what looked like stickers. Maybe worth a look if you have kids, or are very very small. 🙂
Oh they had some cheapo LED lights too. 🙂
