You don't need to be an 'investor' to invest in Singletrack: 6 days left: 95% of target - Find out more
A bit late with this as they were in the Aisle of Dreams two weeks ago. But if you offchance bought some for flapping around the retail park or patio then I can add to your joys by having just tested them on some Nukeproof Horizons. They stick like glue! Better grip even than my old Sombrio Shazams.
Obviously these are a mesh shoe so little to no protection, ie just light summer riding. But they stick to pins like the proverbial, are climbing (almost) like clip-ins 🤣

Love shoes you can just walk around in and have decent grip on flats too, so you can just hop on the bike.
Will keep my eye out in the future for them.👍

Ocean bound plastic?
recycled from plastic which they'd have otherwise chucked in the sea?
^ I believe collected from the oceans, beaches, coastal areas
75 percent of the composition of Crivit Ocean Bound Plastic shoes are recycled PET bottles. The remaining 25 percent is ocean-bound recycled plastic sourced from islands, beaches and coastal areas in Asia.
Depending on the size of the shoe, you need 8 to 16 bottles to make one pair, and after cleaning and shredding, they are processed into recycling yarn, which is used to make Crivit shoes...
... Recycled plastic footwear is part of the joint REset Plastic initiative of the Schwarz Group, to which Lidl and Kaufland belong
