I've got a set of these meself. They're great for storing bike light batteries on the bike.
Couple of caveats;
They're not waterproof.
As supplied, you get one large bag and one small, along with the stem mount, so you need to buy two pairs if you want two large bags...but at £1.49 per set, not a biggie.
Oh, and you need to spend £20 at EBC to qualify for free postage.
