Here at Merlin....

Amidst the madness of £200 trail lids, you can still get some crackers out there at a fraction of the price...
I tried one of these on the other day and thought it fitted really well... even at RRP it was a bargain..
But seeing them at £25 at Merlin - that's a PROPER steal!!!

Ordered one- not true to size and has the most ridiculous ridge right at the front that digs in to my forehead.

Going back sadly

Ok, actually it turns out my head is bigger than I thought!

Well there's no need to be big headed about it. (sorry bad attempt at humour before coffee)
So you're saying the stated sizing is accurate?

If only my brain was also bigger that I thought ;-p

It’s tight. My head circumference is 55 and the s/m is too tight even on the widest ratchet setting.

If you’re anywhere close to the size cutoff, I’d size up

Have ordered a M/L to try, as I like the design and it’s much lighter than my old Bell Super

That's helpful, thanks.
Endura and inconsistent sizings, who'da thunk?

I've a'normal' sized head.. the m/l fits beautifully,... feels the most fitted lid I've worn!

I'm a 58cm head - obviously plenty hot air in there - do I risk the Medium and hope it fits or do I go Large and risk is being like a massive mushroom on the top of my head?

my head is 57cm... M/l fits great...
I'd personally try BOTH sizes at 58.. though i reckon the M/L should fit

Bugger! The Medium/Large feels as though it sits on top of my head and looking at it in the mirror it does appear to be on top of my head...a close fit but does feel as though it fits - but doesn't appear to cover my head.
The Large/XL seems to sit better on my head but although fits front and back, has space at the sides and it wobbles due to this - no pads in boxes.
So both not ideal for my head...a bit annoying as they look like good helmets!

@DickBarton I have the same view, got a m/l fits ok but does appear to sit high on my head, l/XL is too big

Yeah, the Medium sits on top and doesn't appear to cover much of my head...top of my head it at top of the helmet when I put it on, so it is definitely sitting on my head...but it isn't feeling like it is covering my head. The retention system seems to sit right on top of the sticky out back at the back of my head so doesn't quite feel like it is a proper fit (all my other retention systems have sat lower down). The Large does have the retention system underneath the rear sticky out bit of my skull, but then it wobbles without much effort as there is no contact at the sides.

Helmet is well made and a stunningly good price, just my head is the wrong shape for it...
