There are solid cranks - very good value at that price! Mine weigh aprox. 600g so very light for what they can take...

I've got the trs+ version. Great, stiff, and light, however you need a special tool to remove the spider, which may or may not be included, and removing the arms needs either a special tool or a bit of ingenuity.

Replacement direct mount rings are a proprietary interface and about 40 quid, and the E13 BB is total dogcrap. You can use a slightly less crap RF 30mm BB or a much better but twice as expensive Hope one.

I'd be all over this for my wife's bike, were it not for the fact that there are cheaper options when you take the above into account.

Yeh when you factor in a BB etc it's the same price as a set of XT cranks at discounted prices available.

These or XT... think I'd probably go XT due to the ease of chainring and BB options when parts wear.

Ordered anyway... Might be the start of a new build, might be a spare set, arrived today. No chainring tool in the box, but there was a BB.
