I know px aren't everyones favourite but they have 4 of these bars left in stock (I've just ordered one) it will go well on my px scandal.

Brant said that were discontinued so they must have found these. With springfwd20 they are £29.70 plus postage. You can't go wrong for that for a carbon bar with a 5 year warranty.

Carbon fibre mountain bike handlebars

6 degrees upsweep / 9 degrees backsweep / 25mm rise

Available in 'Hard' for full stiffness

Weight: 777mm = 230g

clamp width (the middle bit): 31.8mm

5 year manufacturing defect warranty

I was going to a helmet but they are £20 and i couldn't bring myself to pay double even though they are still a bargain.

The chewies were only available in narrow IIRC, I've got the wide/hard version and they're a decent set of bars. Definitely less vibration than the EA70 ones they replaced.

I have these on my hardtail. If im honest with myself they are a bit nicer than the fatbar carbons i have on my FS ponce bike.

I still have a set of these that I can't bring to part with after a crash. They *look* fine but...

Tempted to get another pair if we weren't trying to be careful with money in uncertain times...

2 left and the price has increased to £40 but there's still 20% off so still a bargain.

Bars have just turned up. They look good from the outside but the inside is very random with different thickness that doesn't match the other side. I'm sure that all adds to the strength! 🤔

Bars all sold out now. Great service from planet x and on one.

My chewy Knuckleballs have very "random" internal thickness, not died over the past ~2.5 years... Or have I? 😮
