Mate of mine got one half price at the 24/12 so got it for £30.

Excellent value - as you say a 3l bladder & it is also one of the few Camelbaks to come with a built in waterproof cover.

It hasn't got a great deal of internal compartments, but plenty to be getting on with unless you like to have everything in a separate place!

Hmmmm.... I'm after a new Camelbak (or eq.) to replace a Dakine Drafter that's done me about 5 years of good service but is now falling to bits.

What do people think of this one? I quite like a smallish pack so I don't take too much stuff.

edit: It's quite orange, isn't it.

Or it's quite black. :^)

I bought one, primarily because I needed a new 3l bladder. This way I get a bladder for £25 and the bag is a steal for £8 so doesn't matter if I don't like it much (although it looks quite useful anyway).

The orange isn't quite that in your face to be honest (althought it's still fairly loud). Covered in mud in a month or two & it won't look half as bright.
