Summer timetables for "most" journeys will be published on Thursday (19th) and booking will be possible from Friday (20th).

Though not always necessary for passenger only or bike and passenger, some trips do fill quickly for those taking motor vehicles.

More details: https://www.calmac.co.uk/customer-updates/summer-timetable-2023-publication-and-bookings

Note - fares have been retained at last years prices.

👍

(Although I booked with Pentland before Christmas and I think our only Calmac sailings will be on foot and bike this year)

Just got a message from my wife who is now sat in a virtual queue to book ferrys for our 2 day trip to Mull. Position 8064 with 3778 in the queue ahead of us with an estimated time to head of queue of 'over and hour'.

Such a shame that a wee trip to the islands is this much of an ordeal. Is public transport on Mull good enough to ditch the car if we want to do the usual tourist circuit of Iona/Staff and Tobermory with a 5yr old?
