Great forks when they work!
Dunno about getting them serviced...

Always liked the idea but
A) Wasted on me
B) Never seemed to be enough service support
C) Getting out of the game totally now ?

No issues getting them serviced, plenty of suspension gurus such as RSF Suspension and J-Tech will happily do it.

Loved my Deville fork and fortunately never had any issues with them. I think it's warranty work that's always been the trickier prospect!

I’ve currently got devilles & a Kirk shock fitted to my orange alpine 160. They’re amazing & would recommend them any day of the week.

I’ve previously owned 2 other sets of Deville & a Vipr shock - never had issues with any of these either.

Reliability wasn’t really the issue, more the after sales service. I’m fairly certain this is now a thing of the past with Jungle being the main distributor & service centre.

Not with someone else's 10ft barge pole, thanks.
I know at least 3 people that have had various bits of BOS kit. All have been amazing for a few days, all have failed very quickly, all of them have had massive issues with support and warranty.

Jungle aren't the UK distributor anymore.

Does look like BOS might be getting out of the MTB game. Either that or they have a load of new product on the way.

Wasn't the problem some people had the unavailability of small parts?

No issues with my Dizzy that I had - was an excellent feeling fork for it’s class.

Axle was tricky to setup but didn’t have loctite at all to help.

Devilles I had briefly and were nothing short of INCREDIBLE!

Moved to 29er hence got rid of a newish set of them sadly!

Shame they got a bad rep as guess main focus was motorsport or something else.

Would I buy another set of Devilles HECK YES.

Always loved my BOS forks some of best forks out there! Converted a set that run an Ohlins RXF34 air shaft one side & Idylle SC damper other side.

The Idylle fork and Stoy shock I had on a YT Tues was the best suspension I've ever had. No idea about warranty or repair issues because they were flawless for 3 years of DH abuse.

The Fox stuff I've got now can't touch it.

Not sure I'd buy any now though. Do they even have a UK distributor or service centre? If I wanted posh suspension now I'd be looking at the Italian options.
