From Thursday 25th.
No idea about most of this stuff but at last I'll be able to replace my most favourite pair of winter gloves with another pair hopefully the same.
Might have to have a good look at the waterproof socks for £12.99
There £5 waterproof gloves with the internal sleave stitched in place in each finger are a well known fab product.
I would get some of the winter gloves again, but last years ones are still going strong.
Ah I've been waiting for this thank you!
Time to head in and stock up then. I need a few items...
They are going to need bigger shops soon with all that lot.
Indeed, there's loads of stuff!
Anyone any experience of the base layers, particularly the merino one?
My sock drawer is in need of replenishment.
but last years ones are still going strong.
Noob one of my pair are at least 5 years old and I have a brand new pair from two years ago I bought "just in case"
Embarrassingly it is true
I bought a merino top last year. It is pretty good, but as expected for the price not quite as nice to wear as one more expensive.
Worth it for the price though
Any real time review of the heart rate monitors? look good for the money.
Two pairs of the winter glove last year just got me through, but at that price, who cares. I'll be there.
Anyone tried the Jagdbitter "herbal liquer"?
. Anyone tried the Jagdbitter "herbal liquer"?
My wife declares it better than Jaegermeister

the merino one I was bought (last year or perhaps year before) is as rough as a badgers .... It's also thicker and heavier than I expected.
I've never actually worn it other than a quick size test at home so it may be great in use but I've other nicer things to wear
Their winter gloves are the best!! Slightly tempted by the bib tights
Pages and pages of stuff available for you guys, but in the cycling heaven of Holland;

I did get some gloves 'cos I'm down to 2 pairs and gloves is one of my favourite Dutch words, it translates directly as "hand shoes". Either the arm warmers are an unusual shape or I am!

That's a bit like saying petrol is nicer to drink than diesel
I got the merino top last year, actually use it as a sweater as it is too coarse for a base layer.
Don't need another pair of their gloves but it seems wrong not to at that price. Got a pair that fit normally and a pair the next size up to fit liners in when it gets proper cold.

Which is absurd, Diesel is a lovely tipple.
Aldi noob question - is it only in store, or is there an online option too?
the merino is a bit rough but ok, check the sizes of the tops because the chest tends to be massive - the shorts and tights aren't as good as they used to be unfortunately, the lycra is getting thinner and nastier and the leg grippers are rubbish so look carefully at what you buy, there's usually one out of a packet to have a look at
If the lights are what I suspect they are then they could be a winner as a backup set
gloves are always good, don't bother with the waterproof socks just get the normal ones (I'll be doing a sock replenish)
instore only
