Apologies if been done already. £7.50 for Deore cranks! 30t variety also available on their website for the same price.

Gotta be a misprice, but in it to win it. I'll just use it as a spare chainring

i take it these are for non-boost rear ends?

I was after the 170, it kept going in and out of stock which was odd. Got some 175mm in the end. Did anyone notice the extra 5% code on multi buys.

I just got some 170 ones.

I say 'got' I assume I won't actually get them.

Errr. there also seems to be XTR cranks for same price without chainring. Surely a mis-price?

Still 30t 175mm https://www.bikeparts.co.uk/products/shimano-deore-fc-m6100-deore-chainset-12-speed-52-mm-chainline-30t-165-mm?variant=41888492552349

Also if you run linkglide kit the xt linkglide 11spd shifter is very cheap.

Weird, it went from only 170 left to only 175 left within 5 mins, something strange happening.
Edit, now only 170 in stock ?

No, it must be genuine, and obviously I'll whinge and moan about my non-existent consumer rights when they cancel my order. 🙂

Sod it, I've gone in for the XTR ones as well and will send the Deore ones back or tell them to cancel if they're actually going to send them out.

Those XTR ones would be amazing on my Cascade!!.....

According to the Shimano guide these 52 mm chainline Deore Cranks are suitable for O.L.D. 148 (boost) frames (unless I'm reading it wrong?)

@gurnster75 - to quote myself from earlier in this thread, the advert said....

52 mm chain line for use with 135 /142 mm O.L.D. frames

which i assumed was for non-boost. But no one offered a reply. So in answer to your question and mine... no idea 😛

In Shimano world 52mm is non-boost. In the rest of the world its boost. 52 works fine on boost but is (in everyones opinion but Shimano's it would seem) unnecessarily wide for non boost.

#stealth ad

If anyone does need a basically brand new 32T Deore chainring, I've got one going begging, easily done <100 miles. It came as the build on my new bike in June, after a couple of months I swapped it for a 30T cos of my puny legs. PM me if you're interested

If I've actually managed to attach a link this should clarify boost applicability.

Just wondering how I could make Blue work as a colour scheme on a new build... But sod it, it'll sit behind the cranks so nobody can see it, who cares for that price! 😂

I think their website is absolutely fubared.
Loads of stuff showing as £0.00 and in stock.
Update gone wrong, or disgruntled employee maybe?

Would it be remiss of me to suggest that they're selling Dura-Ace power meter cranksets for the same price as said bottom bracket above...? 🤔

Not that I have any use for such addenda, but others who use this forum might...

I've just ordered some cheap RockShox but added on a couple of "free" 9 speed cassettes and a BB. Hopefully the £200 on forks will get the free bits through

This is showing as £0.00 for me and allows me to add to my basket...something is clearly going wrong with their website with that kind of price saving!

So not only is an established company with a good reputation now having an IT nightmare but they are also having to sift through and cancel dozens of orders trying to work out which ones have genuine purchases on, refund customers, send out cancellation orders etc - all because you lot think you might scam a crank you don't need. Its not like they have loads of staff on hand to do this.

Well done you - very proud.

They are decent people and this will just be adding to their stress. What inspires someone to add 164 items to a basket in this scenario

I'm putting a Solaris together, out of mostly parts from my parts bin to keep costs down. The cranks I have are 175mm long. I switched to 170s some time ago. £7.50 for 170mm long would have been a real bonus.
Realistically, I wouldn't have expected something like the that to be legit.

I put it in my basket but didn’t complete checkout. Just had an email reminding me to finish the transaction for £88
Good way to get a few email addresses?

Ah, OK. Yes I've used them myself in the dim and distant, in fact I might bookmark that site to support them in future when it's settled down.
