No idea if they're any good, but On-One / Planet-X have got OKO Self-Sealing Bike Inner Tubes for £2 each in 26" (Schrader/Presta) and 29" (Schrader)..
Slime tubes are normally £8ish each, hopefully these are as good as have bought a few (£4 postage)..
