Looks like a good bit of trail, too... great views make it a proper adventure. Good work!

I need a gopro or similar, he'd just ridden some superb bits, floating over roots and controlling the slides in the mud. He seems to have developed some good body positioning just by watching videos of Danny Hart.

Didn't even expect me to clean up 🙂

took mine around Cathkin Braes the other weekend. Quite a trail for a 7yr old! Very proud though as a string of folk in the car park rode past with encouragement and cheer for her.

Helmet straps are twisted and you need to replace the wilting weeds in your pots.

I'm very proud of this one, taken a couple of weeks ago - more style and bravery than his dad already 🙂

Kids on bikes ROCK. OP, good effort. Most excellent father-hood work there.
My three:

Cracking stuff and some good skills in evidence there.

Youngest had his first proper balance bike trip on Saturday a round trip of a mile to the village centre from our house. My only worry is how the heck I will ever get him back in the topeak rack seat for longer rides I am waiting for the "NO - MY DO IT!!!!!" already

Great stuff.

I used to read these threads with a bit of jealousy as my youngest had no interest in learning to ride (despite being on his 3rd bike). He's six and a half now and today after school asked me to teach him. To say i was delighted would be an understatement and he took to it like a duck to water. Proud and relieved dad here 😀

Blimey, Peabrain's nipper has more style now than I'll ever have. Great thread. If I wasn't too old I'd go and make a baby right now
