Due to my amazing ability to hit the ground, and after a nasty shoulder dislocation, I am looking at knee pads and a vest with shoulder protection built in. Has anyone got a recommend? Plus experience of the D3O stuff which sound too good to be true?!
Been looking at the RaceFace Ambush gear.
