I read cycling is bad for it? Anyone on here got any experience?

I suffered for two years but found on my good days cycling was fine. It certainly did not agravate the situation. However if you are aching don't bother. I also switched to an SDG saddle which was more comfy than my old one and seemed to help.

Having a soak in a bathe when you get home helps too!

I'd have thought the prostate was a little too high internally to be bothered by a bit of pressure on your ischial tuberosities?
