Hi,
My first post so sorry if everyone is already aware of this.
My bike hangs upside down between rides, which allows the oil in the fork to keep the foam rings and the seals permanently lubricated. It is not my idea - I read it somewhere and cannot remember where however, it is a brilliant idea! My fork feels really smooth right from the start of each ride, as if it had factory fresh seals. Try it!

but with my pikes, they feel nicer after i do the zip tie in the seals drip in some lube trick every so often
I read somewhere that storing upside down can introduce air into brakes ......
Kimbers...... What is this trick ?? ...... Push a cable tie in and then oil? Doesn't that damage seals ??

Big fan of fork juice but its still just external lubrication unlike that ziptie/fork seal tip...crackin suggestion and am going to give thst a try
Still using Brunox stuff after 3 or so years. Run down the leg, pull the seal back with my finger nail to let it run in, jobs a good 'un.

@ wysiwyg - I wrap the disc rotor and brake caliper up with a plastic bag before I spray the stanchions. Never had a problem this way and it saved removing the front wheel.
yeah defo cover your discs!
I just lay bike over at about 60 degrees and spray,then upright and pump the fork up and down.... Sorted 🙂

Brunox Deo is good too, wee bit thicker than fork juice and also sounds like an 80s men's hairspray.

I think it just snagged it and caused it to get sucked down into the lower.
There was loads of stiction and when I dropped the lower off it was like a sponge you leave under a plate overnight when soaking the dishes 😉
