I wish i had done a google search to review this company before i ordered from them. If i had i wouldn't of used them. Others may have had a different experience but the long & short.I placed an order via the internet on the 8th Oct. After a week i called them to find out when the expected delivery date would be.You can't contact them via phone as since that date the answer machine message states they are "having problems with their phone line" - this is still the case today. After a few complaining emails i received one from them to say they have refunded my money. This is not true. Luckily ordered via paypal so hopefully will get refunded. Trading standards are also aware.Never had a problem before ordering online but suppose there's always a first - Beware of ordering from this company.
