I'm sure I've seen this on here somewhere but can't find it so here goes...
I've got a Pro3 SP rear axle that currently has a standard QR holding it in place. I'm sure I've read that it can be upgraded to 10mm through axle/QR but can't find anything on the Hope site to tell me what I need to do it.
Has anyone done this and if so what bits do I need other than the QR?
Cheers.
I did a pro 2 and it was fairly easy - with the right drift tools. Have a look on YouTube for vids
it uses the same parts as the pro2 evo. you can convert it to 135mm x 10mm, 135mm x 12mm and 142 x 12mm just by swapping the end caps. I've done it.
Thanks both, I was hoping it might be the same as the Pro2 but wasn't certain.
Cheers
no worries glad to help.
Easier than the pro 2 then (non EVO)
yes! remove the end caps. fit the end caps you need. done. no drifting of axles out and swapping bearings
I have pro 3 10mm adaptors, £8 posted ?
Cheers for the offer mudmonster but I've already ordered them.
Thanks anyway.
