i am trying to think of a reason I need one of these 3D Printer and was wondering of I could print bits for my bike like jockey wheels, brake levers etc.

Anyone know how what the ABS plastic is suitable for - cogs, levers, bits that get bumped etc

They are prototype printers, not really suitable for producing actual products, they are for engineers / designers to see what their product will look like, touchy feely stuff
