Just fitted a Prime Dub BB, one problem arose though. It doesn’t come with the 4.5mm outer spacer required, and the SRAM one from my previous BB doesn’t fit the Primr one! I don’t want to spend out on a SRAM spacer kit to find they don’t fit either... any ideas anyone? Seems strange to sell a Dub BB that isn’t compatible with the required spacers.

Are you using it on a mountain bike? Prime very much a road brand

Yes I am, I didn’t realise it was for road.

It’s for road, not MTB.

I think I used some other random spacers I had to get it right. Probably less than on the sram one. It didn't last that long anyway, certainly less than a sram one.

Yep stumbled across the Prime road bias issue myself recently with some adapters sized for road cranks that wasn't clear in the listing.

OP - if you can get a sram dub bb, then I would send the prime one back. If not then do what you can with bodge spacers from wherever.

If its a sram dub pressfit BB you need then you'll be waiting until autumn.

I took it off, bought a Sram one. Lesson learnt, check carefully before purchase!

Jonba those are external bearings so no use! It's the ones with internal bearings that are hard to source
