You don't need to be an 'investor' to invest in Singletrack: 6 days left: 95% of target - Find out more
After a long, long time out of mountain biking (I have been a rood cyclist only for the last few years) I have tidied up my Specialised Enduro (this style https://singletrackmag.com/forum/topic/what-shock-for-a-specialized-enduro-or-who-services-specialized-brains/) and I am planning on getting out a bit on it this summer on some local trails (Stainburn, Dalby etc).
I used to have the pressures for both the front (Fox Talas RLC) and rear suspension (Fox Float R) written on a scrap of paper in my toolbox but time seems to have lost it somewhere.
I have no real recollection of where to start with pressures and I was wondering if there are any guides out there (a Google isn't finding what I need just yet).

Thank you but that doesn't go nearly far back enough for my old bike!
The basic guide for setting your pressure is to set your sag to 25%
Loads of basic guides to do it on YT, so I won't go on further: mtb suspension setup - YouTube
