I've got a GXP persist BB to replace. Should be fine, Shimano ones are easy, right?
Well the bearings came out of the plastic shell, leaving the shell in the bike.
How the smeg do I get the plastic shell out please?

Phh. Done it. It's a bit mangled though.
What a crap system, there's no chance of removing then refitting to regrease if it's creaking. You basically destroy it to get it out. Poor design.
