Can someone remind me please, is it cups first...do I press the bearings into the cups before?
Cups first seems most logical since I’d then have something square to press against making sure the bearings are fully seated.

Every press-fit BB I've bought already has the bearings fitted in the cups. Id go with the bearings in the cups before pressing in if they aren't already there.

With the Hope press fit BB, the drive side bearing is already fitted into the cup. The non drive cup comes without the bearing in situ and is pressed into place after the cup has been fitted to the frame.

Yeah just changing bearings, re-using cups...

Went with bearings into cups first, pretty straightforward with the right drifts...all good.
