This morning, found the door of my car ajar. Glove box and storage in the centre console open with my stuff everywhere. Went in and my riding glasses were stolen. Think I probably forgot to lock it after unloading the shopping and the children yesterday. It was parked on my drive as well. Expensive lesson learnt but the most annoying bit is I have no riding glasses to wear for my commute and no sun glasses for driving now. With them being prescription, it will take ages before a new set arrive.

They were a pair of prescription Oakley jawbones with a set of normal lenses for driving and a set of transition lenses for riding. Got the lenses from clarity blue. Had them for years, pretty much used them daily and they were great.

Not been updated with the glasses world lately. The jawbones seem to have been discontinued. After a similar setup with changeable lenses due to the driving. What would you recommend?

I've just had some old sunglasses frames fitted with prescription lenses by Ciliary Blue, clear lenses with their protective coating. They're amazing. Blown away with how good they are and with Ciliary Blue's service. Five-day turnaround, £70, and that was with special delivery to get them in time for an Alps trip.
