After some recommendations for some short walks in the lakes, <5 miles that are decentish foot paths. We've got a Thule Chariot thing for slightly rougher ground.

I know loughrigg terrace, and obviously grizedale forest and whinlatter for fire road walks, but is there anything Staveley end, or South Lakes?

Bowness ferry to ferry nab on west shore, then lake shore path to wary castle, boat back to Ambleside from there.
