get it anodised? they did a good job on a few parts for me... i think they can do powder coat...

I have used [url= http://www.industrialcoatingsupplies.co.uk/ ]http://www.industrialcoatingsupplies.co.uk/[/url] for my hustler, just off the M5 / Cullompton. Did a good job but did require a bit of work after facing the bb etc...

Got my chameleon done here: http://www.touchplymouth.com/business/list/bid/525576 you need to make sure you cover up all the usual area's, AJ got his "deemax" rims done there as well. Was happy with the results, although I thought Orange would do it for you if you sent it back?

orange charge £175. it aint worth much more than that.

I was thinking in the £30-40 range. its not critical...
