Bit confused...looking at some new SLX brakes to replace my Mono Mini's.

I have IS mounts both ends and the front has what I think is a +20 adaptor to make up to 180, the rear is 160.

The SLX's are post mount, if I want to run 180/160, what mounts do I need?

Thanks 🙂

(P.S I noticed the CRC lever and disc bundle comes with an extra barb to shorten the hose, is this standard with the lever-caliper kit as well?)

Are your mono minis post mount? if so the existing adaptors will probably be fine.

If not, these should do the job...

(Don't know if it'll help but the Deore brakes I bought from CRC (no rotors) came with spare barbs and olives.)

Really? I just installed some new deore brakes in one of my bikes but had to leave the hoses rather long because mine didn't... 🙁

All the shimao stuff I have bought from CRC has come with barbs and olives. Barbs, you can reuse, just cut them out. The olives need replacing though. Should be able to buy them for pennies somewhere I would have thought.
