A friend who lives in Ruddington had an attempted break in to his shed last night, his elderly neighbour also had her shed broken into but nothing taken. Suspicious in itself.
To make it worse driving back from biking this evening with his bike on the roof of his car, he was followed home by a guy in a ford focus. Being a little paranoid he took a lap round the village before going home and the guy appeared outside his house (a dead end road) before driving off. The worst thing about this is that he didn't know about the shed until he got home this evening to met his pretty scared neighbour.
Tonight he's sleeping with his bike and a big metal bar!
Just a heads up, be extra vigilant driving home from the trails and when moving your bike from your car to its home.
