I bought some shimano 615 brakes which are post mount (I think)! My bike and forks are IS (the older version).
Can anyone help me please with what adaptor mounts I need?

What rotor size do you want to run?
You need IS to post 160 (for exmaple) adaptors for each end (rotor/mount sizes differ front to rear too so don't get two the same.

Planned on 180 (183?) front/160 rear
Do you mean "standard" sizes differ front and rear?

yes, rear and front mounts are different
Not sure about older versions though, didnt know there were older versions, sorry!
