i ordered a kcnc item from a shop in the uk about 10 days ago and no show, and they sent a notification to say it was in the post the next day. i have sent the shop an email to confirm it has definitely been sent, but as it is the weekend unsurprisingly no response.

So what do royal mail consider to be an acceptable delivery time?

just that i ordered some swiss-stop pads from a different shop and they arrived a day later

according to the invoice, name and address as it should be.

just trying to get an idea of what is acceptable, no point hassling anyone if it is still in the acceptable time scale.

Thats not acceptable because after 14days the sender can make a claim. To get the money back of the item.

I've got a number on my house 🙂

Someone I used to work with is a director at royal mail and the mgt team from what I see are just on a massive gravy train.

Grr. And relax. 🙂

The relax was at me. 🙂 The office in London is just a gravy train. And they seem a million miles away from the real world.

Just makes me a bit cross that it can be left in the hands if such management muppets.

Just my opinion like 🙂
