Bloody excellent.....no rattle , good coverage and easy to fit.

My im still not convinced they were worth the extra over sks bluemels , which ive used for 10 years etc.....

I picked up a pair of new marked stock pdws fairly cheap though .

Be interested to know what size people are using.

Road ones are quite narrow (23mm max) and City ones are around 35mm...

City size Full Metal Fenders™ are designed for touring and CX bikes with 700x35 tires maximum.

Road size FMF designed for close clearance road bikes with 700x23 tires maximum.

Given that most are now running 25mm on road bikes I'd be a bit puzzled as to which to go for.

I used them on my commuter for about 6 months and yeh all of the above is true. Although they do twang a bit over rough surfaces.

I changed them for a set of sks guards as I wanted mat black guards.

I'll be selling the pdw guards if you're interested. Mine are the wider ones as I run 28mm tyres on my commuter.
