Riding a couple of weeks ago and popped the left hand rail out of the rear of my saddle in a crash. Before I bin it, is it possible, or worth the hassle, to try and pop it back in?
Other than the rail the saddle still has loads of life in it.
Spend some time wrestling it back in. I did it once and with a vice and lots of leverage got it back in - Never came out again and lasted years. No need to buy another unless you break it - and you have not broken it yet.
Never done it but only ever heard that is not worth repairing as it will always come out!
Well what have you got to loose - theres currently a 50/50 chance it will work then.
