Depends what your using it for and in what industry. Polyisobutylene (PIB) is a waterproof rubber type sheeting that is often used as a weatherproof covering to external pipework and ductwork services. It's being used less and less nowadays as better products are becoming available since its prone to puncturing fairly easily therefore defeating the object.
