Think I might get some new cycling socks now the sun is back out.
Thinking merino wool maybe? muted colours, thick-ish but not too hot,
suggestions?

Chainreaction had some very cheap Kona-branded merino socks recently. I bought a couple of pairs and they're really quite nice.

i have found defeet to be durable etc, and sock guy to be junk.

Endura socks off crc are where it's at. White coolmax for summer riding and general use, black thermolite for winter riding.

I just use marks and spencer ankle socks in summer, cheap and cool. In the winter wear their merino wool socks. Why pay more?
