Knipex for sure,  as set of engineers pliers are worth their weight in gold.

There are times when nothing else works,  or at atleast as easily

NWS for pliers. Or knipex. Both are excellent quality but the NWS look a bit nicer which is obviously what matters when it comes to pliers.

The combination style have a nice toothed bit that works well for shifting round things or even nuts in a pinch. Just don't pinch your nuts with them... I think that would hurt.

As above, knipex ftw.

I still have my knipex pliers I bought 35 yrs ago from the tool van that came round the garage where I began my YT apprenticeship back in 1989, still in perfect condition.

Knipex. eBay usually has a few bargains. Just picked up VDE (high voltage versions) of needle nose for £27.

There is also a good three piece set with side cutters included.
