Really sorry to hear that.
I'm sure you've already done this, but you should set up some email notifications on eBay just in case any of the items are listed. Also worth regularly checking Gumtree, etc.
Really hope you get it back. Good luck.
i tweeted this last night. tell the local rag what its worth. it means that it wont get sold for a bag of weed. greed will make them try get more for it and that means it'll appear online usually
eyes peeled in rothwell mate.
just a quick word about gumtree.
there is a seller on gumtree in belle isle leeds that posts dozens and dozens of bikes.
takes pics of them in the same place
i look on there on a regular basis just in case my black k monkey appears.
if your bike does pop up on his stuff i know which house he uses for the bike pics.
It might just be worth dropping Cotic a quick email. It's thanks to them, Leisure Lakes in Derby/Nottingham and Sshockwave in Nottingham that my Soda was recovered the day after it was stolen.
Only a few hours after it was stolen it turn up in Sshockwave, some guy having bought it "in good faith" (for £300 in a park on a Thursday morning and my Stumpy for about the same....). He took it into Sshockwave for a service as they'd decided to half swap my Sram and Shimano round off the two bikes. In the meantime I'd been into Leisure Lakes to ask them to keep an eye out for my bikes. They'd let Cy know that my Soda had gone.
Sshockwave then contacted Cotic for a new rear mech hanger and mentioned the 'odd' purcahes. Cy put them in contact with LL who checked the frame numbers/spec of both bikes on their systems as I'd bought them both through them in the first place. They checked, the bikes were mine and they were recovered by the police.
My faith in society (well, some parts of) was restored. Hopefully you'll have some luck too.
Eyes peeled in east Leeds mate, hope you get em back
When I was taking my bike off my roof a few months back I had some lads come over giving me grief about how Shit my turner was as they hadn't heard of them , thank god

I am going to keep an eye on internet and talk to local bike shops ect.
Bumping this for Groovie - I want to see him back on his bikes soon!
Thanks EVERYONE .
I have spent the weekend emailing suppliers and makers of my bike bits and visiting all the LBS.
Iv'e had much tea and sympathy and a lot of good advice .
With so many people looking i might be in with a slim chance of getting something back !
My once best friends the insurance company don't seem to be that keen to give me some money though. It seems the max I can claim is 2K..... So what should I do .
Buy just one Bike for everything commuting/Playing out , or two not so good ones , or spend a bit getting my old Pace F2 frame built as a commuter and/or hit my credit card hard and pay it off over a few years .
What would you all do
I retweeted your erm.. tweet just in case anyone is Suffolk ran across it (a million to one against I know) and it ended up here: http://paper.li/PPCLeeds/1293092784
