So I was perusing the Planet-X/On-One website Saturday evening (around 21:00 hrs) and decided to buy a couple of things - cleaning brushes, sealant and inner tubes.

Had an email yesterday (Sunday 22:00 hrs) saying Yodel (oh dear....) would soon have my parcel and here's my tracking number (which I checked at the time and it wasn't live....).

So at around 09:00 hrs this morning the door bell rang - which was slightly annoying as we have no kids today (with the grandparents), I'm working from home and writing a report whilst still in my PJ's - so I answer the door and it was a rather chatty chap complimenting me on my lavender bushes which was nice!

Oh and he also had my parcel from Planet-X/On-One.....

I have to say I was expecting it Wednesday at the earliest - which would have been fine too.

Brilliant service!

Me too.
We had 2 bikes delivered last week on separate days. Perfect service.
Oh, and the Felt HT bikes at £600 are a bargain.

Placed an order with On-one Thursday, email from Yodel with tracking number on Friday. Checked on Saturday morning and it said 'out for delivery' but when I got home at lunchtime there was no parcel. Yodel's website said 'delivered' and 'we couldn't find you'. Well I live at number 12 on a normal residential street, I'm right between 10 and 14.
Tried contacting them via their webchat, to be told that it was signed for by 'Dave'. My wife was at home, she isn't called Dave and neither are my neighbors. Hopeless.
