Anybody using their bike lights? Specifically the kind with th enice mounting bracket: http://www.planetx.co.uk/i/q/LICREBL200L/cree-1190-lumens-xm-l-led-bl200l-bike-light-kit
Are you one of Brant's mates?
No, I'm looking for feedback on those bike lights.
Do you think you would receive the right item?
Or it would not be broken?
Or it would not turn up?
Not one of Brant's mates.
Jeez - how helpful!! Not used one, but for that price there are far brighter, lighter, less fugly options!
dantsw13, could you make some examples? What I like about that light is the mounting bracket, it looks pretty stable, so far with the lights I have used, the phoenix and the gemini clone from DX, that has been the main limiting factor in off road use.
Basil, would you be at peace with yourself if I replaced the words "Planet x On One" in the title with "dealextreme" or "chinese"?

For £20 more, less than half the weight, more lumens, and very well regarded.
Also, if you get hold of a Hope universal bracket mount for about £8, they attach to most DX lights and are VERY. secure.
I didn't know about the Hope universal bracket, I think I'll try that first, thanks for the info.
I Have the gemini duo clone and can confirm this fits with the Hope Universal Mount! Get one and save money on buying a new light!
Of this is for road mtb batteries lumen800 is brilliant. Low enough for traditional road use, high enough for circuit racing, bar or helmet mount and about half that price.
