Sorting out a friend's On One which as the afor mentioned rear hub. Free hub body needed replacing so purchased a DMR revolver freehub as per advice. Tightened the freehub to the main body of the hub and in doing so it becomes rather stiff - ie the freehub turns but not freely (a not-so-freehub). Can anyone shed some light on this? Thanks.

saw this before but couldn't help so didn't post. still can't help...
suspect you have a dodgy freehub. i replaced one previously with the part you mention without any bother.
