We bought a set of FSA Kforce cranks in September 2010 then about a month a go the pedal inserts started to come loose .i sent Will an email asking if he could suggest a way of re-bonding them back in .He couldn't think of a way but would talk to FSA , a few weeks later we now have a shiny new set of SL-K cranks . 😀 😀

They are very good IMO. I had 2 Titus frames from them, both with seattubes that seemed too large for the seatpost. They kept on trying to resolve the issue until I gave in and they gave me a full refund.
They handled the whole thing very well and wil be using them again.
Had a creaky frame. Spent many friendly emails with Steve O to resolve even after completely stripping the bike and swopping parts. Ended up a couple of loose chainring bolts creaking and resonating, but they would have helped to the end. Very happy with everything I have bought and they have helped with.
I've never had a problem with them. The service is sometimes quicker than a certain Northern Irish operation and the local DPD driver that serves my area is actually quite helpful and usually on time.
They sorted a replacement Giro helmet for me very quickly , following a warranty claim. Very helpful.
Ive just been dealing with Will, regarding a bent seatpost.
Superb service and quick replies. Sorted me out with an FSA carbon post.
Brilliant thanks guys
