Try Sarah and John at Graig Wen:

Stunning location and lots of different accommodation options - B&B, self catering or Yurts.

Have used this place on many occasions with groups ranging from 8 to, I think last time 30 odd, we booked the whole place for that one, great pub round the corner as well!!

Edit; beaten to it by uplink.

The Torrent Bunkhouse is basic but good.
Only 1 mile walk into Dolgellau for beers

It's not Dolgellau but not far away, bunkhouse in Machynlleth? We stayed there last month, wee bit basic but it did the job. Bike storage, etc etc. Does work out a wee bit expensive for groups though, unless you can get a discount considering the time of year

We've been staying at Heulwen guest house as a club for the last few years, and will almost certainly be going again next year. Rideable distance from CyB trailhead if you're keen, massive comfy lounge and decking for relaxing, very good evening meals too.
