Look amazing and apparently ride beautifully - but a fair chunk of cash....
Anything I should know before taking the plunge?

I've had one since March and very impressed with it. The suspension balance between front and rear makes you faster everywhere and it tackles technical climbs without any drama. The handling and suspension increase confidence on descents too and the plush suspension gives plenty of grip. I like the straight-line design of the frame and the build quality helps to justify the price tag as it is flawless. Pennine hills and UK trail centres are where I do most of my riding and it has been the perfect choice so far.
