Currently routing via the top tube but have cable tie guides to route via the down tube. I am assuming I would need adaptors to catch 3 x cables on the downtube. Anyone know where I can get these as the clips currently only are for two?
Only two cables? The Downtube cable guides on my Pitch take three cables.
But this is not what you want. They are black plastic horrible little things. Any Pitch worth it's salt needs these...

they do indeed take 3 cables. I have them on my pitch. Its the detail that counts!
Sold! That was a lot of money to spend on 3 x cable clips! Cheers for the link though as by far the best ive seen. Can't beat a bit of bling eh? Will go nicely with my new braided hope hoses!
