Had one. Rode well with 130mm DT Swiss forks. But had to sell to fund my Niner.

Not sure I'd have another, don't miss it as much as the Marin Rocky Ridge I sold to fund it.

Cannot put my finger on it, wasn't as good as I thought it should be.

I've got one, I think it was a very early one as I have had it for a few years now. I must admit that I love it. It is my "go to" bike. Got it set up with 130mm Rockshox revs at the moment with SLX running gear and XTR brakes, hope hubs with Mavic rims.

"Anyone tried with 650b?"

Is this really a benefit?

I can understand 650b & definitely 29" (as I have one)

But, cramming 650b wheels on a 26" specific frame - I assume you have to run a narrower tyre (less volume) = not much gain?

631 Sirius. It's the only bike I have and it's fab to ride. It's titanium coloured.

Brant - will that be specifically 650b or will it be the best of both like the pipedream?

Any idea of likely cost, geo etc?
