Base to start 25% sag, will 1 token, 4 clicks of low speed and rebound where ever suits you. As said before setup is personal and will vary from person to person, bike and setup of that bike.
( I have a rough idea what Rob weighs & his bike etc 😉
Refer to the setup guide on the website with problems solver on each section if you get stuck i

I'm kind of puzzled by threads like this.
There's only you that knows how you want your fork to behave.
Start at the recomended base settings then experiment until you find out what's best for you.

What other people like is kind of irrelivent.

Read loco's post. 🙂

Though travel and wheel size will make a big impact on how many tokens you want.

There are no " golden settings" to make you a better rider.
Ride then make a small change.
Repeat until it feels worse then go back to the settings where it felt at it's best. 8)

The rebound vexed me too. Until the knob fell off on the first ride.

They do for air pressure.
The rest is up to you.

Why with pikes did they suggest the 441 settings then?

Just want to gauge:
Your weight in kg:
Pressure:
Sag %:
Rebound clicks from fast:
LSC clicks from min:
Tokens used:

Sorry but I have to agree with Dave on this.

If you can't find a rebound setting you like by folwing the simple mantra of adjust a little at a time and ride a lot then adjust a little again you're just trying to blame you kit for a lack of skills*.

*Unless your some kind of a top flight pro rider that can exceed the paramiters of normal operation. Which I suspect you can't as you're not a top flight pro that gets kit for free. 😉
