Sorry for the dumb @ss question but I can't seem to find anywhere a laymans guide to the operation of the Pike RCT3 forks.
What are the 3 settings on the top of the righthand leg, e.g. when would you use each one?

open, down/along. threshold, down/along/climbing to taste. lockout, on road/smooth climbs.
Low speed compression to dial out brake dive, dive when cornering etc
