can anyone point me int he direction of a user manual for a new pike dual position?

Im wanting to know how the dual position thingy works so can i run it in the lower position for example while hitting bumps.

Also found out that the paint is rubbing off quickly. Would you warrenty them for that?

In my experience its fine running them lower for general trail use (mine are 130/160)

Manuals are on the Sram website. Exploded diagram is page 5.

Where's the paint rubbing off? If the stanctions, are you sure it's not overdue a service/oil change?

We have four sets between us, lower position is fine. Hit plenty of stuff when I forget to put them back up with no problems.
No of our had paint coming off like that. I would be speaking to whoever sold them as it will only deteriorate.

^ paint shouldn't be doing that: contact retailer for warranty imo

The retailer has offered warranty on them. Im just a bit unsure if its worth it tbh. Half of me thinks its a fork (although my 3 year old fox forks dont have this much paint wear) and itll get scratched and half of me thinks its a manufacturing defect and i shouldnt be paying for it.
