Pike air valve cover - where from?

I've lost the valve dust cover off my forks. I don't want the whole top cap assembly, which is easy to come by, just the screw on cover. eBay ones look cheap, (TBF they are cheap!) and are a bit small diameter, but I can't find an OEM replacement.

Anyone know where from? Needs to be about 28mm diameter.

Yeah, I had thought of that too. In fact I'm blaming them for it's loss* as they serviced the fork recently and obviously** didn't tighten it properly. 😁

* I'm not.

** I bet I've twiddled it in the mean time.

It's a Schrader valve isn't it ?

I think you'll find plenty of those by the side of the road.

Usually found in sets of 4 😉

Ha, yes it is. But there's a deep recess around the valve stem. A car dust cap will keep the valve itself clean, but the rest of the top cap will fill with mud and dirt.

Problem appears to be, bizarrely, Sram don’t sell the cover as a spare part just the air valve top cap assembly.

See the spares catalogue Here .

Scroll down to Pikes or click the index and you only see the assembly as a spare…

Explains why there are so many cheap 3rd party ones on ebay!

Have they changed over the years?  I may have one from a non boost Pike, could have been 2015

@Rubber_Buccaneer if they were 35mm stanchions, I wouldn't mind trying it. Will PM you. Cheers.

Needs to be about 28mm diameter.

@tthew Looks like the old style top cap you remove with a socket has a smaller valve cover than the newer type you remove with a cassette tool.  Is yours the later cassette tool version?
